"Summit Reconstruction did work for our partnership on a 154 unit apartment complex including 17 residential buildings and an office building. This included siding, painting, replacing all windows, and replacing most sliding glass doors, and some swing doors. As the work progressed several exterior staircases were found to have rotting wood supports and those had to be replaced and rebuilt. Many decks needed repair. Some original construction was not to code, so this was brought up to code. The whole project took approximately one year.

I found that the owners and personnel with Summit were honest and up front about pros and cons for the project.

All the employees and subcontractors of Summit were careful to be courteous and respectful to the residents. They did their best to produce the least inconvenience to the residents. They carefully cleaned up the work areas every day. The vast majority of residents were very happy with how this significant reconstruction was carried out."
